We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Content Creator. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging videos and photos specifically tailored for social media and various online platforms. Your primary objective will be to captivate our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement through visually appealing and shareable content.Digital Content Description:
The digital content creator will create a range of exciting content which include regular social media content, raw and documentary style reels/videos, interviews, podcasts, product photo shoots and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and concepts that align with our brand's voice, values, and goals.
- Create compelling videos and photos for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and visual aesthetics.
- Capture and edit eye-catching photos, utilizing photo editing software and techniques.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into content creation strategies.
- Research and identify relevant keywords, hashtags, and topics to optimize content for searchability and discoverability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to enhance future content strategies.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all visual content.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a content creator. Videos and photos, preferably within a professional setting.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specifications, and best practices for content creation and optimization.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos and photos using professional equipment and techniques.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- A portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating your video and photo editing skills and creativity.
