Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports To: The Orenda Tribe’s Doha Franchise Owner
Role Summary
The Content Creator & Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive social media strategy while creating engaging visual and written content for Culinary Consultant Group outlets, including The Orenda Tribe and other brands/restaurants within the group across Doha. This role includes content creation, community management, social media analytics, customer inquiries, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms.
This role requires a highly creative, organized individual with proven social media management skills, strong design capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly social media content plans and calendars aligned with marketing goals.

Create and schedule engaging content (e.g., text, images, videos, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

Engage with followers, promptly respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.

Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular KPI reports (engagement, reach, etc.).
2. Content Creation & Visual Design

Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website banners, marketing materials, and promotional content using tools like Canva.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all visual content.

Ensure all designs align with The Orenda Tribe’s brand identity.
3. Customer Service (Phone & Digital)

Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and courteously.

Provide information on services, workshops, products, and events.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
-
Respond to customer inquiries via social media messages and comments.

Coordinate bookings with the operations team.
4. Collaboration

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.

Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
5. Contractual Responsibilities
Further to your application and interview with us, the following terms apply:

Contract Period: 2 years.

Joining Date: Applicant must join within one month after signing the offer letter. Al Muneera Trading will not be responsible for any employment commitment if the start date is postponed or delayed due to governmental formalities.

Probation Period: 6 months; service will be confirmed based on successful completion.

Duty Hours: 9 hours per day; 1 day off per week.

Overtime: Applicable if required by management.

Compensation Details:

Basic Salary: 2,000 QAR per month.

Leisure Allowance: 1,000 QAR per month.

Accommodation Allowance: 1,000 QAR per month.

Transportation Allowance: 1,000 QAR per month.

Annual Leave: 21 days paid leave per year, plus other holidays as per Qatar Labor Law.

Air Ticket: One economy ticket to the home country upon completion of 24 months of continuous service.

Medical: Ministry Hospital Health Card will be provided.

Gratuity: As per Qatar Labor Law.

Termination:

The company reserves the right to terminate the contract during the probation period by providing at least 3 days' notice.

After the probation period, either party may terminate the contract with prior notice as per the terms.

Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.

1–3 years of proven experience in social media and content creation.
-
Customer service experience is a plus.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation software.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and social media content creation.
Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications

Employment Details

Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends and evenings as required.
