Job Description:
The Creative Workshop Leader is responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating art education workshops for children, teens, and adults. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and education, as well as experience working with diverse groups of people. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, storytelling to store visitors, sales management, content preparation, creating a joyful learning environment, utilizing interactive education techniques, managing workshop flow, problem-solving, collaboration, and assisting in retail store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct arts workshops for all age groups, incorporating various activities.
  • Tell The Orenda Tribe's story to store visitors.
  • Manage sales and achieve targets in-store and at pop-up events.
  • Research and prepare workshop content.
  • Create a joyful and inclusive learning environment.
  • Utilize interactive education techniques.
  • Present workshops clearly and engagingly.
  • Demonstrate creativity in designing activities.
  • Manage time effectively during workshops.
  • Solve problems that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Assist in retail store operations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, art, or related field.
  • Familiarity with arts activities for kids, teens, and adults.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Time management proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn storytelling.
  • Familiarity with interactive education techniques.
  • Passion for working with children.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Working Hours, Location & Payment:

  • Working hours based on demand.
  • Morning and night shifts available (store hours: 10 am to 9 pm).
  • Location: The Orenda Tribe in Weibdeh, with potential work in other venues.
