Job Description: 

We are looking for a team member who can perform a variety of different job duties according to the work's need. 

The successful candidate must be multi-skilled, flexible, adaptable and possess excellent planning and verbal communications skills. 

Responsibilities:

The team member will be given work tasks by direct manager and this can include:

  • Basic graphic design work 
  • Attending or leading The Orenda Tribe’s art workshops and art events inside or outside of store. This includes schools, different communities and sometime traveling to other countries
  • Preparing reports and information required from management
  • Follow up with suppliers and consignment partners
  • Coordinating with other departments 
  • Doing all work within The Orenda Tribe brand guidelines, SOP’s and agreed on processes
  • Store related tasks such as inventory counts, store arrangement, etc.
  • Follow up with our B2B clients
  • Attending store when needed within working hours and within store SOP’s
  • Providing The Orenda Tribe related information accurately to customers and third parties 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, visual communications, animation, architecture, marketing, communications, operations, industrial engineering or other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years full-time work experience in art, design, social work, operations or other relevant field.
  • Great planning and project management skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills for emails and presentations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

Working Hours & Location:

  • Working Hours: as per Jordanian labor law. Hours and days will be distributed by management on weekly basis.
  • Location: mainly in Weibdeh, 1st floor of Manara Arts & Culture, but also wherever is needed according to available workshops. This includes schools, other communities in Jordan and traveling to other countries.
